1. Definitions

• "Service" means the educational programs, website, and related materials provided by celviones.
• "Participant" or "User" means any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in a celviones program.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to celviones.
• "Program" means any structured educational engagement offered by celviones, including Financial Foundations for Couples, Understanding Thai Financial Regulations, and Comprehensive Financial Self-Assessment.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any program enrollment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our programs are designed for adults over 40 years of age; while participation by adults over 18 is not excluded, programs are contextually tailored to an older demographic.

3. Service Description

celviones provides structured financial education programs delivered in person in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We do not recommend financial products, investment strategies, or service providers.

Program availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and cohort scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a program if enrollment thresholds are not met, in which case enrolled participants will receive a full refund.

4. Enrollment and Accounts

Enrollment in a celviones program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written enrollment confirmation from us. You are responsible for ensuring that contact details provided at enrollment are accurate and current.

For couples programs, both partners must confirm participation. Substitution of one participant is possible with prior written notice of at least 7 days.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to attend sessions at the scheduled time and location, engage constructively with program materials and fellow participants where applicable, treat facilitators and other participants with respect, and not record sessions without prior written consent from celviones.

Disruptive behavior that materially interferes with the experience of other participants may result in removal from the program. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, documents, frameworks, and written content provided in connection with celviones programs are the intellectual property of celviones. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own private reference.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt celviones materials without express written permission.

7. Payment Terms

All program fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to the commencement of the first session. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Fees are inclusive of all sessions and materials as described in each program description.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by participant: If you cancel more than 14 days before the first session, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the first session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first session are not eligible for a refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.

Cancellation by celviones: If we cancel or significantly reschedule a program for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or, at their election, enrollment in the next available cohort.

9. Disclaimers

celviones's programs are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing communicated during any session, in any written material, or on our website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

We do not represent that program content will be free of errors, or that any particular financial outcome will result from participation in our programs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, celviones's liability to any participant is limited to the amount paid by that participant for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

11. Confidentiality

Personal financial information shared by participants during program sessions is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by Thai law. We ask that participants also treat information shared by other participants in group sessions with discretion.

12. Termination

We may terminate a participant's enrollment in the event of serious breach of these Terms. Either party may end this agreement upon written notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand. We encourage participants to raise any concerns with us directly in the first instance, and we commit to responding in good faith within 14 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. For enrolled participants, we will provide notice of material changes by email. Continued participation after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
